The service
PlumbAgent gathers information about a plumbing job and, with your agreement, passes the enquiry to MyJobQuote, who look for suitable tradespeople. The service is free for the homeowner. We may receive a commission for an introduction.
We do not guarantee a response, three quotes, a particular price, attendance time or outcome. Availability depends on the job, location and independent tradespeople.
Your agreement with a tradesperson
PlumbAgent is not a party to any inspection, quote or work contract between you and a tradesperson. The trader is responsible for their description, price, qualifications, insurance, work and legal obligations. You are responsible for checking these matters before appointing them.
Keep written quotes, agreed changes, payment records and guarantees. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law.
Your use of the form
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information for a genuine job that you are entitled to arrange. Do not submit another person’s contact details without authority, automated spam, unlawful content or repeated duplicate enquiries.
We may block or discard submissions that appear abusive, unsafe, false or duplicated. If our quote form is unavailable, we may offer a link to continue on MyJobQuote’s website.
Emergencies and regulated work
The form does not arrange emergency attendance. Work on gas fittings must be carried out by a suitably qualified Gas Safe registered engineer.
If you smell gas, avoid flames and electrical switches. Call from outside: 0800 111 999 in England, Scotland or Wales, or 0800 002 001 in Northern Ireland.
If you suspect carbon monoxide poisoning, go outside and get medical help immediately. Call 999 if anyone is seriously unwell, having difficulty breathing, confused or unconscious. Read the gas and carbon-monoxide emergency advice. Do not use the quote form for an emergency.

Availability and liability

Subject to those protections, LATITUDE60 LTD is not responsible for an independent trader’s acts, omissions, quote or work, or for loss caused by relying on general content instead of obtaining appropriate help.
